Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. These standards

VenuD ("we", "us") prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the VenuD app, the Partners portal, and venud.app. CSAE includes grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child. CSAM is any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including photos, video, and computer-generated imagery.

2. How to report

You can report a concern without leaving the app. Open the person's profile or a message and tap Report. Pick a reason, add what happened, and send it. Reports go to the VenuD safety team. The person you report is never told who reported them.

3. What we do

If VenuD has actual knowledge of CSAM, we remove it and report it to the relevant authority. In Australia that authority is the Australian Federal Police. We also remove accounts involved in CSAE.

4. Contact

Questions about these standards, or a report you would rather send by email, go to hello@venud.app.
