From the table to the till
Guests scan the table or the bar, pay in the app, and the kitchen only sees a ticket that has already been paid. The payout lands in the venue's bank.

Table service or bar pickup
Every table and the bar gets its own QR. At the table, food and drinks come to you. At the bar, order ahead, pay, and collect when it's called.

Pay in the app
Paid before it prints
Apple Pay
One tap at the table, on iPhone.
Google Pay and card
Card processing shown as its own line, passed to the guest.
Paid first
The kitchen and the bar only ever see orders that have been paid.
Venue side
What the kitchen sees
A live queue — new, preparing, ready — with the table number and total on each card. The same order arrives as a ticket on the POS, so the floor keeps one workflow.

Questions
Ordering, answered
- Does VenuD replace our POS?
- No. Your till stays. VenuD pulls the menu across and pushes each paid order back as a ticket. Square and Doshii do this now. Toast, Clover, Lightspeed and Tyro are in the product.
- Who pays the card fee?
- Card processing is shown as its own line at checkout and passed through to the guest. It isn't absorbed by the venue.
- When does the kitchen see the order?
- After it's paid. Nothing prints until Apple Pay, Google Pay or the card payment has gone through.
- What about alcohol and under-18s?
- 18 and over sees the full menu. Under 18 can still order food — beer, wine, cocktails and spirits stay off the menu in the app.
- What does the venue pay?
- 1% of the QR order value, on top of the venue's plan. Guests never pay a fee to use the app.
