Pricing, answered
- Is the guest app really free?
- Yes. Guests never pay for VenuD. Venue plans carry the platform.
- What is the 1% of QR orders?
- On every plan, VenuD takes 1% of the value of orders placed through the QR menu. It's collected at checkout.
- Who pays the card processing fee?
- It's shown as its own line at guest checkout and passed through to the guest, not absorbed by the venue.
- How does billing work?
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, at the same annual rate. Commitments run 3, 6 or 12 months.
- What about groups?
- Enterprise venues running 3 or more sites get 25% off the multi-venue rate.
- Is marketing included?
- The tools are. Boost spend is separate — top up the Boost Wallet at $50, $100 or $250 and it funds map reach and offer sends.
