Venue OS

The operating system for venues

Discovery, demand and data — and the order, taken in the same system.

The pitch

Fill the room and take the order

Marketing and the till are the same system. Guests find the room, scan the table, and pay before the ticket prints. The POS you already run stays where it is. Square and Doshii take orders now. Toast, Clover, Lightspeed and Tyro are in the product.

Live orders

The queue, on one screen

New, preparing, ready — every order shows its table and its total, and the same ticket lands on your POS. Nothing reaches the kitchen unpaid.

POS sync

Your till stays where it is

Connect the till the floor already watches. The menu syncs into VenuD, orders push back as tickets, and deals you run in VenuD sit alongside the synced items.

Deals, combos and loyalty

Offers guests see before they arrive

Timed deals and set combos show in the app while people are still deciding where to go. Loyalty stamps build on real orders, so a reward is a visit you can count.

Timed deals

2-for-1 before 8, free entry before 10 — windows you set, caps you control.

Combos

Set menus like a pizza and a drink at one price, on the days you choose.

Loyalty

Stamp cards tied to orders, with the reward redeeming at the table.

Marketing

Boosts, offers and Meta

Boost Wallet funds map presence and offer sends from one balance. Instagram and Facebook campaigns run through VenuD too — measured against check-ins and orders, not just clicks.

Reach packs price out around $6–$7.60 per thousand impressions, against roughly $12 for a typical social feed.

Insights

The week, explained in money

Insights is built from paid orders, real check-ins and your own menu. Paid revenue, paid orders, table versus pickup, average ticket and carts left at payment sit at the top. Under them, four health scores — Discovery, Conversion, Revenue, Loyalty — each with the number that moved it.

Revenue vs boost spend shows what every dollar of boost returned in attributed orders. What moved the needle plots check-ins by day with your campaigns, events and win-back sends marked on the line. Discovery → dollars runs the whole funnel from deck impressions to paid revenue and flags the step where guests fall away.

Lower down: food and drinks leaders, what gets ordered together, second rounds and how long after the first, service speed by daypart with ETA overruns, repeat rate and estimated guest value. Then one button — What should I improve? — and Wingman reads this page and comes back with three to five actions for this venue.

Payouts

Stripe Connect, straight to your bank

Guests pay in the app by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. Card processing is shown as its own line at checkout and passed to the guest. Every payout is matched to the orders behind it.

Hotels

One stay, every outlet

A room QR covers dinner, the bar and breakfast. Charge to the room goes through the till that outlet already runs, and staff tender it the way they do today. Direct folio posting into the property system comes later.

The guest orders from the room or the table. The ticket still lands on that restaurant's till. One stay, many doors, one system.
